Yes, if your landlord or letting agent flags anything covered by the cleaning checklist within the 48-hour guarantee period, you can request a free re-clean of the flagged areas only. The guarantee applies only if the property remains empty and unchanged after the original clean. Please email us at bookings@clerkbook.co.uk within 48 hours of the cleaning being completed with a full description of the issues together with supporting evidence. Our support team will review your email and get in touch with you ASAP.

The service usually takes between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger homes, heavily used kitchens, bathrooms or added services may take longer. The cleaners work until the included checklist tasks are completed.

Wall washing, stain removal, repainting and mould treatment are not included in the standard end of tenancy clean. The cleaners can remove light dust or cobwebs from accessible areas, but marks, scuffs, damp patches and mould require separate treatment.
